They can be exchanged for any hire items and services subject to availability. (see terms and conditions)
The values available are £10, £25, £50, £75 and £100.
Once the checkout has been completed we will manually email you a PDF voucher with a unique code, typically within 48hrs.
Gift Voucher Epic Event Hire
Gift vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.
Our gift vouchers include unique numbers and these must be presented at the time of redemption.
The value of the voucher is not redeemable for cash and no change will be given if the value of the voucher is not used in its entirety.
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase.
Bookings are subject to availability and are subject to the same terms and conditions as a normal booking.
A gift voucher can not be used to purchase further gift vouchers.
Any expenditure over the value of the voucher must be settled by the date stated in the booking agreement.
We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
