Director

I didn't join Epic, I created Epic; along with Mr Epic of course! In total this was about 10 years ago, but we have rebranded through growth during that time and now run two business; Epic Event Hire and Epic Gifts and Crafts.

​

I bring motivation and drive to the team as well as sharing my all round experience that I have developed over the years.  It is my role to guide and nurture the team to the highest standards adding a sprinkle of fun factor too!

​

You can also find me at the end of emails, messages, phone calls and generally the face of Epic.

​

What I enjoy the most is the reward and feedback we receive from our happy customers. We work very hard to achieve the best so getting that positive contact at the end of a busy day helps push me on.

Operations Supervisor

Hi, I’m Cole, I started here august 2022.  I’ve known Kerry and Dan for many years as I was their next door neighbour, and I used to help sometimes with set ups back in 2018.  I then became a mechanic, however I’ve made my way back! I love meeting new people and going to all the lovely venues, no day is ever the same, it’s great! 

 

Hobbies: I like going to the gym, and cleaning cars!

 

Fun fact: I was named after a character from Days of Thunder

Hey I'm Lauren alongside working in leisure & hospitality I have been with Epic from the beginning! I enjoy seeing the transformations of wedding set ups, and you will often see me hosting the Photo Booth at events.

 

Hobbies - Spending time with my growing family. I also play netball and love watching a good crime drama! 

 

Fun Fact - I was once on You've Been Framed as a young child! 

Social Media & Events Assistant ​

Hi I’m Penny! I started at epic in early 2025 after a career break to start a family and to get married! Previously, i worked as a prison officer for over 2 years. However, my role at Epic allows me to be creative and express myself. Changing careers was the best thing ever done!!!!!

 

I spend my spare time going on long walks and days out with my family, but we also love a good night in with a movie and snacks!

 

Fun fact: i pulled off my wedding day with only 4 months between booking the venue and the BIG day!

Hi, I'm Amy!

​

I joined Epic in May 2024. I've worked in Hospitality for the past 5 years and was excited and ready to try something new! I am always willing to get my hands dirty and apply my creative flare to projects and event set ups. I love visiting all the gorgeous venues and transforming them into something magical.

Hobbies: I love sewing and creating little projects on my Circut machine. 

​

Fun fact: I can make a mean passionfruit martini, cheers!

Hi, Im Natalia (Talie for short)

I joined Epic in October 2025. I studied photography and videography in college and iv always been a creative person. I love being part of a team that brings people's special days to life!

Hobbies: In my spare time, i like to paint and sew, and i love camping and going to festivals.

Fun fact: i love learning about wild plants and how they can be used for food, tea, and natural remedies.

Hi I'm Dan, (AKA Mr Epic).

Hey, I’m Ria! I joined Epic in 2025 after 4 years as a Wedding Planner!  

So I have actually worked alongside Team Epic for a few years before now! I now have the pleasure of working directly in the team and love still being involved in making couples dream days come true. 

​

Hobbies: In my spare time, I love attending music festivals/gigs, spending time with family & friends, Freelance Wedding Planning, but most importantly being ‘Auntie RiRi’ to my honorary nephew! 

​

Fun Fact: With previously working in Private Aviation, I’ve met a random selection of famous individuals, such as (most) of the Royal Family, Ed Sheeran, Sir Roger Moore, Ronaldo & Elton John!

Workplace Housekeeper

Hi I’m Tracey , I started working at Epic in July 2022, I’ve known Kerry and Dan for many years now and occasionally helped them out with ironing and event set ups when they first started in the event industry. My main role at Epic is ensuring everything is clean, ironed and ready for all events, but I also get involved in the setting up within the venues. Oh and recently took over the responsibility of making sure everyone is topped up with caffeine ( mainly for Dan!).

 

Hobbies: Outside of my working role I enjoy spending time with family and friends, eating out and a good movie

 

Fun fact: In 2017 I completed the Gung-Ho! Seriously Fun Inflatable 5k Race at Earlham Park

Hey, I’m Ben, I recently joined the team in October 2024! I'm currently still studying at college.

 

I'm always looking for opportunities to develop myself and explore new things.

 

Hobbies: I enjoy playing video games and equine care

​I joined Epic in October 2025. I have worked in the festival industry for over 5 years, mostly doing stage building and lighting design! Joining this company was the perfect opportunity to continue being part of a creative team and thinking on my feet.

​

Hobbies: When I'm not working, I spend most of my time writing articles for a dance music magazine as well as producing my own music on my laptop.

​

Fun fact: Having worked i the festival industry, I have worked and met some very famous people such as Lewis Capaldi, Teddy Swims, Adele, Sean Paul and many more.
