30% Discount only applicable for 2025 existing bookings only and Gift Cards only applicable for 2026 onwards.

2025 Bookings:

• 2025 Black Friday Deal only applicable to existing bookings with new items or services added. Discount cannot be applied to items already applied to the booking.

• 30% Discount only available over the Black Friday Weekend.

• ⁠⁠Products and services are subject to availability. Please enquire directly with Epic Event Hire. If the Customer chooses not to enquire on products or services availability, and they are unavailable, Epic Event Hire will not be able to offer a refund or alternative discounts.

2026 onwards Bookings:

• 2026 onwards Black Friday Deal only applicable to new and existing bookings. Gift Card must be applied against a booking, within the next 12 months (to any future booking).

• ⁠Black Friday Gift Cards are only purchasable over the Black Friday Weekend

• ⁠⁠Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• ⁠⁠Only 1 Promotional Gift Card is redeemable per booking

• ⁠⁠Black Friday Gift Cards can be applied to any pre-existing or new booking

• ⁠⁠The Gift Card must be applied against a booking, within the next 12 months (to any future booking).

• ⁠⁠Gift Cards cannot be used against already paid-for services.

• ⁠⁠The Voucher will be applied to the booking in its entirety. No partial refunds will be applied for unredeemed credit.
